The girl behind the camera…

I have always had a fascination with photography.  I loved looking at great images (or just old scrapbooks) as a kid, and I truly appreciated the talent and gift that photographers had, though I first started really taking pictures when my best friend got a “nice camera”  This made me want to get creative and learn something new. I have had many amazing and experienced mentors help me along the way and encourage me to never give up.  I owe everything to my Lord and Savior who gave me this ability, as well as to my family and all my friends who have supported me along the way.  People are my passion, and I love working with everyone!  My desire is to capture those moments that you want to remember or that you never would have thought of in the first place =)  Almost everything I see is a “photo-op”.  And the word “ugly” is not in my vocabulary.  I am addicted to detail, and I love capturing even the smallest details.  Everything God created is full of beauty, all you have to do is stop… and look.  I love my job, and am so thankful that God has allowed me to view just a tiny sliver of some of His most marvelous wonders.
